For YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and similar personal or creator posts (non-advertising), you already have permission — just use the music. No form, no email, no waiting. Film, TV, podcasts, ads, games, and other paid uses: clear rates below, or request a quote.

Social media — free, no permission needed
- Just use it. Personal and creator YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and similar non-advertising social posts are free. You do not need to ask Brian or fill out a form.
- A platform may still show a copyright notice or Content ID claim. That is normal and does not mean you lack permission for free social use.
- Paid ads, sponsored posts, brand deals, and TV / film / commercial podcast uses still need a license — use the rate guide and form below.
- Free sheet music for practice is for learning only. It is not a commercial sync license for ads or film.
Notes
- Rates above are standard for non-exclusive, limited term and territory.
- Custom quote for exclusivity, worldwide rights, featured themes, national ads, trailers, and AAA games.
- PRO performance royalties (ASCAP and similar) are separate from the sync / master fee when applicable.
- Free sheet music ≠ sync license. Practice and teaching scores do not authorize commercial use.
- Brian licenses directly — no third-party sync agency required for these requests.

What’s not included
- Blanket / catalog-wide rights unless quoted
- Exclusive or buyout rights (custom only)
- Removing platform Content ID / copyright notices on free social uses (those notices can still appear)
- PRO public-performance collection (handled by PROs where applicable)
