Purchasing a license from BrianCrain.com entitles the purchaser to use the music in the chosen catagory for the number of years chosen. All licenses are non-exlusive and non-transferable. Purchasing a license confirms your acceptance of the terms below.

Photography (runs of 300 or less) The purchasing photographer or photography studios may use the licensed music in any of their DVDs and CDs intented for sale or promotional material as long as the production run of each DVD or CD does not exceed 300 copies. The music on the DVDs and CDs must be synchronized with pictures and/or video.
Photography (runs of more than 300) This license is for photographers or photography studios who intend to produce more than 300 copies of a single product. The licensee must pay $1 per DVD or CD produced. The music on the DVDs and CDs must be synchronized with pictures and/or video. Brian Crain must be credited on the DVD or CD as providing the music.
Music On-Hold: The purchaser or purchasing company must use the licensed music in their in-house music on-hold system only. The music may not be submitted to a third party for use.
Internet Streaming: The purchaser or purchasing company may use the purchased music on only one website.
